On average, a custom home build with CHM takes between 8 to 12 months from final design to completion. We'll provide a more specific timeline during our initial consultations.

We understand that ideas evolve. While it's easier and more cost-effective to make changes during the design phase, we do accommodate modifications during construction whenever possible. Some changes might affect the project's timeline and budget, but we'll always discuss these implications with you before proceeding.

At CHM Home Builders, we stand by the quality of our work. Every home we build has a comprehensive 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year cosmetic warranty.
